MT.DERR! Have you failed me? Now you guys know me by now. Mt. Dew is in my veins. Get this. A guy popped open a can of Mountain Dew, took a drink, and thought it had a foul taste. Dumped it out and discovered none other than a dead rat! He is now trying to sue Pepsi Co. for $50,000.

If that doesn’t sound weird enough, Pepsi’s claim is that if his story were true and a rat was in the can that was manufactured in April 2008, then the body would be a jelly like substance. They say that the acid from the Mt. Dew is enough to dissolve a carcass!

Now wait a second before you start freaking out. “Oh my god, i’m never drinking it again!” How long does Mountain Dew usually stay in our stomaches? 2 hours? Not a freaking year in an aluminum can! Many other sodas do the same thing (clean coins, dissolve nails, etc.) So i’m going to pop open my Mt. Dew now and hope whatever rats are in it are dissolved by now.
